Lowrey organ model dsa

Years later in the mid-80s a new student of mine had one in her home and it was quite serviceable. Are any still in circulation or use today, whether souped up for the digital age or not? Was anybody especially fond of them? I of course worshipped them in the old days, being a kid at the time and blissfully not knowing any better.

What kind of a life did they ever enjoy, if any, above the obvious - home and small church use. What were the Lowrey classicals I'm thinking of called - model names and numbers please. That's fine, it would seem those have many admirers, but I thought these others deserved a history/nostalgia thread, if only for those with truly nothing better to do. The more recent models of Lowreys in which keyboards are almost lost amid bulky consoles and tons of multicolored, different-shaped sound controls - these are all that's ever mentioned or depicted, at least in my experience. I *never* see them anymore, whether in person, online, in an and or in a discussion forum. Two manuals, maybe a 27-note pedalboard (or was it 32?), a zillion stop taps that mostly sounded rather similar, maybe four factory-set general pistons (that actually moved those tabs?).

Remarkably, something seems to be totally missing in action even as other old relics are still notably in circulation: the above.
